Soil Zone Map

This is a calibrated measure of surface soil brightness. It provides a good measure of organic matter, salts, surface moisture and some texture differences. This is a vegetation adjusted soil index with the effect of the overlaying canopy removed when there is less than 50% crop canopy cover.
